Family therapy helps family members improve communication and resolve conflicts. During Callie's family therapy sessions, the focus is on utilizing emotion-centered, assertive communication to address core conflict and underlying needs within the family system.

LICSW individual supervision provides a supportive and constructive learning environment for social workers seeking to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge. Callie's supervision sessions typically involve case presentations, feedback, and goal-setting to ensure social workers are providing quality care to their clients.

LICSW group supervision is a place for participants to discuss cases, receive feedback and explore ethical dilemmas. Callie believes it is important to have space to process social work practice in a safe space outside the work environment with social workers who are employed in a variety of settings and populations.
